Magic Box

Our goal is to design an installation, which emphasizes the architectural framing strategy of the Great Hall in College of Fine Arts, by layering etched acrylic to create virtual reflection. The design is to incorporate LED lights to illuminate the etched design on the layered acrylic. Therefore, we are looking for assistance on programming with LED lights and Arduino sensors that can create interactive experience.

Our design focuses on the understanding the experience of moving through the space that is  structured by frames. We explored the sequence of the frames in relation to motion and perspective.
